A wonderful mum

December 11th was a very sad day as our wonderful mum, Wendy Gosden, passed away. Some of you knew my mum very well, some of you met her a few times or only once and some of you never knew her but she really was the best mum we could have hoped for.
Growing up, our house was full of love, laughter and lots of silliness and a large part of that was because of mum. The silliness continued right to the end as well, with us joking about things from years ago which had her smiling! With my dad, despite knowing nothing about football initially, mum would watch me and David Gosden play for the school and village teams and would always tell me about the good things that I had done, even when we lost 11-0!
It's sad that she didn't get to see Christmas this year, as that was her favourite time of the year surrounded by family and friends, standing in the middle of the room conducting the Christmas carols on the handbells and cooking the most amazing Christmas dinners! Mum, thanks for everything. You inspired us, loved us, supported us and comforted us in everything we have done and you will be missed by everybody who knew you. Thank you❤️❤️
